 HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I DO PILATES sessions?

Joseph Pilates is famous for saying,

“In 10 sessions you will feel the difference.  In 20 you will see the difference.  And in 30, you’ll be on your way to having a whole new body.”

However, there is no definitive answer to this question.  Most of it depends on your individual goals and how Pilates will best integrate into your life.  If a client wants to achieve the "Pilates Body", 2-3 times a week is recommended.   Pilates is gentle enough that it can even be performed daily.  In contrast, just one session will offer valuable information that clients can then integrate into their daily movement patterns.
