WHAT WE DO:

Sakash Health and Wellness is a health and wellness studio located in the village of North Conway, NH.  We fuse together the specialties of physical therapy, counseling, Pilates, and movement education to create a holistic approach in achieving optimal well being. For some, this may be rehabilitative, focusing on relief, recovery, and reset to eliminate pain, regain physical function after an injury, and/or to optimize mental health. For others, it may be proactive and preventative to optimize and enhance their cognitive and physical function and performance, ensuring a long and happy healthspan. Our holistic approach helps clients reconnect their mind and body. It empowers them to stay active, to care for their bodies and minds, to identify changes that need to be made, and to pursue a fulfilling and thriving life.

We are patient centered, not business driven, and we value personalized and attentive care that is designed around each of our client’s history and goals. Our medical professionals and Pilates teachers work closely together combining advanced education and knowledge, years of clinical experience in the field, and a dedication to lifelong learning to offer our clients an experience that provides optimal results. When it comes to working with us, you can start anytime, at any age, and experience a significant change in your complete health and wellbeing.

On a daily basis we see our clients become more connected to themselves and therefore more connected to their experiences and every day lives. We encourage a regular and mindful daily practice that allows our clients to know their body better, to sense and prevent injuries, and to achieve a level of physical health so that they may enjoy a long and active life.
